My proposed art installation is a small art mural that represents our close ties to the ocean, and the constant renewal it goes through. The sun is represented to show our usually warm weather here in San Diego. The mural will add character and color to this drabby building. This mural will help make the environment more alive and energetic. This in turn can add more enthusiasm to learn by the students. I should be awarded the bid based on the small use of space and low costs for paint resources. - Ed Skillion
